What is Felinity?

Internationally recognized Felinity core feminine movement series was created for women looking for interesting and fun forms of fitness in a safe and supportive environment.  The Felinity workout specializes in mind / body fitness, pole dancing and hula hooping.  Using techniques from dance, yoga and pilates, the core feminine movement workout helps you discover YOUR OWN natural movement and appreciate your femininity.

Felinity is available at the flagship Toronto studio, various health centres and on DVD.  We see the women who participate in the Felinity series and/or our other programs grow stronger, let go, and fall in love with the way their bodies move.
